Social marketing increases as recession starts to fade

While the recession may not be over just yet, a recent survey of marketing executives shows more optimism in the economic climate than last quarter. The survey also showed that social marketing spending will be up this year, on average, from just 3.5% of the total marketing budget to over 13%.
