The Show Must Go On

The marketplace is volatile and unstable at the moment. I have not said anything you haven’t been hearing for months. Let’s be realistic here, “The show must go on”, or all our “what if’s” could be a reality.
We all need to be proactive and not just reactive to the trends that face all of us. We can’t stop working at surviving in this world the way it is. For retailers yes you have to be fiscally responsible but you still have to get your message across especially going into the holiday season.
Consider email campaigning and sms technology to further your business as an immediate measure to increase sales but to also build brand visibility and sustainability. Bottom line it is one of the most inexpensive measures to garner quick results in increased sales but more importantly to engage your clients on a more 1:1 basis.
Use the analytics and reporting to really get know how your clients are what they are interested in. It’s their world and you’re just a squirrel trying to get their nut. Remember that!
