Now here’s a company with a great environmental and economical idea! The Owl Power Company has created what is known as the Vegawatt for restaurants.
Basically, it converts excess vegetable oil into power. It saves the environment by reducing the amount of vegetable oil that needs to be disposed of and it saves restaurants money by lowering electricity costs.
