Want to make your emails viral?

Every retail marketer who does an online promotion now requests that they want a viral campaign as though it’s a product.  Allow me to clear the air,  I must tell you all that going “socially viral” is as result of good online content.  I hear retail marketers talk about going viral as though there is a big button to push and voila it spreads like wild fire.
Two preliminary ways that retail marketers can assist with emails and other online content going “viral” are:
1. Make your content relevant and interesting to your target market and
2. Offer dedicated links that allow e-mail subscribers to easily “forward to a friend” (FTAF) or “share with your network” (SWYN).

Dotfusion Interactive Marketing encourages all its clients to use SWYN as used in our latest module with Yorkdale Shopping Centre for Back to School, check it out!
