Ditch the Robot and DialAHuman

We understand that automated services can make our lives a little easier (i.e., checking the credit line on our AMEX before we go to the Jimmy Choo sample sale), but some situations call for human interaction (i.e., someone stole my AMEX and my new Jimmy Choos). And when you really do need a human being to help you out, there is nothing more irritating on this planet then having to sit through 25 minutes of automated options before FINALLY getting a real person on the line.

DialAHuman has answered our prayers. It’s a website with an extensive database of phone numbers and button combos that give you, yes, living breathing humans.

All you have to do is go to the site, search for the company you need to contact (alphabetically or by category), and voila! You have the phone number and the magical DialAHuman code that will take you directly to a customer service representative. So now you can bypass that automated robot who tells you to press * to get your daily horoscope when all you want in life is to change your billing zip code.

Just imagine how much time and precious cell phone minutes you’ll save… not to mention your sanity!
